1. General Information

This Work Plan has been developed in accordance with the following IFAGG

regulations and rules.

It’s based on the definitive entry, which had to be in the hands of the

Organization Committee of the World Championship –Varna 2010 of

Aesthetic Group Gymnastics:

 Preliminary entry Deadline: March 30, 2010

 Visa request Deadline March 30, 2010

 Hotel reservation Deadline: April 30, 2010

 Hotel payment 50% Deadline : May 10, 2010

 Definitive entry Deadline: April 30, 2010

 Travel Plane Deadline: May 15, 2010

Overdue registrations will be processed separately via IFAGG.

4. Visas and invitation

All countries requiring for Visa or just Invitation for entry into Bulgaria, please

contact us for the necessary documentation. There is a visa request, please type it

correctly.

5. Accomodation

We provide hotels for all participants in resort „St. Constantine and Helena” . It is

near to the city Varna and near to the sport hall.

6. Transport

The Organization Committee will provide transportation for the delegations from Varna Airport to

host hotel and back, from hotel to competition hall during the Official training and the Competition,

and from host hotel to the halls if it’s necessary. It will cost 15 EURO per person.

7. Judges

Judge list for World Championships will be confirmed by IFAGG. Judges proposal (with IFAGG

registration form) must be done to IFAGG office via e-mail: office@ifagg.com

Deadline 30.4.2010. IFAGG nominates and confirms judges list after due dates of judges`

registration. In World Championships` judging panel only Judges with 1. and 2. international level

are accepted. IFAGG reserved the right to invite the Judges for World Championships.

8. Accreditation

The delegations will be accredited upon their arrival in Varna.

At accreditation, Heads of Delegation must check the correct names of their complete delegation;

passports of all gymnasts; make any necessary payments, two (2) copies of their group’s

competition music CD, a CD with the National anthem. The accreditation and passport control will

be held in the competition office.
